Pull-up rig installed today and lots of other work completed! New box is shaping up!!

– 30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (65lbs./95lbs.)
– 30 Burpees
– 90 Double Unders
– 20 SDHP
– 20 Burpees
– 60 Double Unders
– 10 SDHP
– 10 Burpees
– 30 Double Unders

Post WOD: Work on handstand push-ups and progressions – off a box, handstand holds, negatives, with an abmat, kipping, on parallettes, etc…

    Hey if anyone is interested in a team race, There is a 3×2 Trail Relay race at BETHPAGE STATE PARK, Saturday 2/16/13. That’s 3 people, only 2 miles each. It’s only $10 person and you get a shirt.

    We already have a few people who are down, so if we get a few teams it will should be fun.
