Tabata Row (meters)
The Tabata protocol is 8 rounds of :20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. That will be done for each exercise – then you will rest for one minute and move on to the next exercise. We will score your lowest number of reps in each :20 second interval per exercise and total meters rowed for a final score.
