10 – 7 – 5 – 7 – 10

Shoulder to Overheads

Bastards

Choose your own weight for the shoulder-to-overheads. If you are a little beat-up you SHOULD be taking a rest day – but if you insist on training keep it on the lighter side of heavy.

Feeling strong! Go HEAVY!
